Packaging
Posters up to A4 (8x12β³) are shipped flat in protective envelopes. Larger sizes are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes to ensure safe arrival.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local VAT, taxes, or import duties. These are set by your government, and unfortunately we cannot influence or cover them.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us withinΒ 48 hours of deliveryΒ and include clear photos showing both the product and the packaging. Please also include your order number. Weβll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund once the damage is verified. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.
For customers within theΒ EU, you have the right to return your order withinΒ 14 daysΒ of receiving it for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. You may be eligible for a refund once the item has been inspected and the issue confirmed. To start a return, reach out to us via our contact form. If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected or delivery is refused, the order may be returned to our production facility. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.
Terms for personalized posters
Please note that personalized posters are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded. Each design is printed exactly as the information is entered during checkout, so please double-check names, dates, and other details before placing your order. Posterado is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.
